At HamptonBeach.Rent, we understand that plans can change. We've designed our cancellation policy to be as simple and fair as possible, giving you peace of mind when you book.
100% Refund Guarantee
"One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued."
Summary
- If you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival date, you get a 100% refund.
- If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, no refund will be issued.
- Exactly 12 days prior to your arrival date, we automatically collect any remaining balance. If your card is declined, the reservation can be canceled. Get in touch ASAP!
- Add-ons (Early Parking, Late Checkout, etc.) are non-refundable.
Processing your refund
- Refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of your cancellation request being confirmed.
- To cancel, email shea@hamptonbeach.rent from the same email you used to book. The send date of this email requesting cancellation will be the only determining factor for refund eligibility. If you want to call, please only do so after you've emailed me.
- I will send you a cancellation confirmation email within 24 hours.
