"We had a wonderful stay at Rich and Erica's place. We had two families stay comfortably following a wedding celebration in Connecticut. This was an ideal getaway spot following the wedding activities. There was plenty of private space for everyone and ample space for sitdown meals. Virtually everyone took advantage of the boats, paddle boards, canoes and kayaks. And many hours were spent fishing right outside the back door, on the private dock; or in a boat on Merrymeeting lake. A short drive to Lake Winnipesaukee, we spent a day on the lake and had lunch at nearby Wolfeboro.

All in all, this was a great location with plenty of space for everyone. Thank you Rich and Erica!"

"Absolutely perfect place for a big family get together. Access to the water with a gentle sloped beach was perfect for all the young ones to splash and swim around safely. Great selection of watercraft and life vests for all ages. The third floor can get a bit hot (no AC) so on warmer days definitely break out fans to sleep cooler. Kitchen had all the tools and gadgets we could ask for and parking was ample. Very peaceful and beautiful location!"
