"Talk about a perfect location and a fabulous stay! I booked Lawrence’s Airbnb so I could spend a couple days on Hampton Beach with my parents who are visiting from Florida and this beautiful apartment definitely did not disappoint. The unit was completely renovated so everything was super modern and brand new and the 4 min walk to the beach was clearly an added perk! I would highly recommend booking with Lawrence if you want a lovely apt basically steps from all the nightlife and everything Hampton has to offer ❤️☀️🌊!"

The house was clean, had plenty of spaces for us and the patio and the outside seating by the gas firepit was a huge plus. Check-in was super easy and Lawrence communication was excellent as well. Highly recommend this place."

"wonderful stay. near all of the restaurants and night life but quiet enough at nighttime. we loved the beach wagon and gear that was provided. The kitchen had nice updated appliances (microwave and stove) and basic cookware. We were able to cook a nice meal pretty easily. Someone parked in one of the spots that came with our unit and Lawrence was super responsive and rectified the issue very quickly. would recommend brining a large dark colored sheet or light blanket if anyone in your party is sensitive to light for sleeping. there are a lot of windows and they have light filtering blinds which let most of the light in. we did have some trouble getting our toddler to go to bed and with him waking up very early due to the brightness during daylight hours. other than that we had no issues during our stay."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Graceland! We had more than enough room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The home was beautiful and so close to the beach and just a short walk to boardwalk. Lawrence was very responsive and extremely accommodating. Highly recommend!"

"Graceland was wonderful! You can’t bet walking two minutes to the beach. The house itself was beautiful with EVERYTHING you’d need. Lawrence had beach chair, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards and more available to use. The house had tons of beds, huge bonus for my family with five kids. The outdoor shower was perfect cleaning off my young children everyday after playing on the beach. LOVED THE COFFEE STATION! Lawrence had tons of Keurig cups, coffee grounds, creamers, he definitely went above and beyond with making sure house has all the comforts you may want. The neighbors were super friendly and welcoming. Perfect summer beach house for a larger group, we would love to plan another visit!"

The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel right at home. The host was responsive, friendly, and provided plenty of flexibility and ammenity options. Parking was easy, and the area felt safe and peaceful. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this is the perfect spot. We’re already planning our next trip back!"

"Graceland was everything we wanted and more! The most well stocked AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. It was so nice not having to worry about beach chairs, linens, towels, etc for our group of 11. Easy and close access to the beach and a little boardwalk area for breakfast and entertainment. 15 minute drive from Newburyport. Lawrence was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great value for the cost of our stay. Highly recommend!"

In addition to being attentive with our concerns and requests before we even booked to make sure our stay was perfect and comfortable, he also was extremely responsive to messages and left some goodies in the fridge for our stay!
