We stayed a few nights for a girls trip and had so much fun. Easy walk to the ocean, bars, restaurants etc but away enough to feel safe! The only down fall with our particular apartment was the parking was a little tight. I had no trouble getting in or out but it’s right next to another apartments porch and I felt like if you didn’t have respectful ppl in there that could be a potential issue. That’s the only “negative” thing I can say. I would absolutely stay here again and plan to book next summer!!"

Cozy beach cottage perfection. This adorable retreat was the epitome of comfort and cleanliness. Lawrence’s hospitality was top-notch. He was understanding and accommodating which made our stay even more special. This prime location made it easy to explore local attractions & restaurants plus we were throughly able to enjoy the beach. Highly recommend for a true Hampton Beach getaway!"

Tucked away from street in the rear with a quiet seating area outside your door. Lawrence was very responsive. The town unexpected removed one of his two parking spots and he worked with us to figure out an agreeable solution. We will stay again anytime."

It was the perfect location as it was so easy to walk right onto the beach, and Lawrence had a wagon and beach essentials that made the weekend in the sun so comfortable. I also really appreciated Lawrence being proactive and responsive. We didn't have hand soap when we arrived, but he brought it swiftly over. The host went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you!"
