"My family and I very much enjoyed the location of this home. Easily accessible to the beach and the entire Hampton Beach strip. We appreciated the beach wagon as an amenities and used it daily. Our host was easy to get in touch with, and replied quickly to our questions. It was a great stay."

"My husband and daughters stayed for five nights. We loved the location, a very short walk to the beach, various restaurants, and boardwalk. It was really nice after a long day out exploring, to come back, change, and relax on the balcony, with lots of seating! The home was cozy, safe, and comfortable. Very clean place, clean linen, beach towels provided, and the host, Lawrence, was just a message away if we needed anything, very accommodating! The wagon and beach chairs were so helpful for our days at the beach! Would definitely visit again!😎"

This spot was a gem, tucked back away from all the noise while being so close to everything.

What seems like a little location is so much bigger once inside with just the right beach vibe !

The rooms are perfect where you don't feel like you've rented a closet and there's a full ample kitchen, for the price and comfort that comes with location I was amazed it wasn't priced higher.

The owner is very welcoming and just a cool guy, he took the time to talk with us to which he stated he's only be doing this a few years but he just wants guest to feel at home and relaxed with the best experience,

I think he nailed it !

To sum it all up this is a perfect location next to everything relaxing or lively you would want on vacation where you don't have to break the bank and get more then you would expect, I look forward to coming back !"

"Another great stay at Lawrence’s place! We stayed for 7 days and had a great experience from start to finish. This was our second time booking with Lawrence, and once again everything was exactly what we hoped for. The place was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for the week. Lawrence is a great host and makes the entire process easy.

We’ll definitely be back and are already planning on booking again next year. Highly recommend!"

Day at Beach supplies provided. A wagon, umbrella, chairs, goggles, etc. Nice beach towels as well. We didn’t lack at all. Upon arrival we found a welcome cooler waiting that was full of goodies. The place was just perfect & fit the beachfront vibe in this vacation Mecca. He answered any questions right away. When we found our umbrella broken , he replaced immediately. The departure instructions were minimal. Best location in Hampton Beach. We hope to visit again next year. Highly recommend Lawrence’s super cute cozy apartment at the shore."
