"Lawrence was great and fast at communicating which is much appreciated. The place is exactly as described and fit our needs as a family of 4 for the two nights we stayed. It is a comfortable walking distance to all the activities, even with two young children, yet far enough away that it wasn't too loud. We would consider staying here again in the future. The welcome gift in the fridge was a nice touch. It was clean and the mattresses were very comfortable! Excellent water pressure and temperature (very important after going to the beach!) Thanx Lawrence, we had a great time."

"Location was perfect! Loved being able to walk to the beach and boardwalk. Beach wagon came in handy as we forgot ours along with the cooler and ice packs! Thanks for a great stay."

"Was just there, just me and my dog for a couple of days fishing. Overall it was fine and the proximity to be able to walk to bars/restaurants was very convenient. Price was good for this time of year and parking may be a little tight for two vehicles but was very good for one vehicle. The deck on the front is a nice feature as it is a busy street for vehicles and more importantly pedestrians. It could use some more attention to cookware and at least something inside for some high top seating for a chair or two to eat inside but also some more usable space for a laptop."

"We only stayed for one night which was good because the beds were rather uncomfortable. It is located on the main strip to the beach so there was road traffic through the night. The place was clean. It had everything we needed. It was just not the most perfect Airbnb. It could use a little love in spots. It did the job for what we needed, but I don’t think we would have stayed again."
