"Everything is brand new, all appliances, beds, bathroom, everything, all new, very clean! AC’s in every room. AND, its location is incredible! Very private and less than a minute from a great coffee cafe. 7 min from downtown Portsmouth with fantastic restaurants. 7 min to beach. 7 min to Kittery. Wentworth by the sea even closer. Urban Forestry Center is 1 minute drive that has great trails. Hosts are very responsive within minutes. Will be absolutely be coming back, this is the place to stay!"
