"We had a great stay at Lawrence’s place! The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk to Hampton Beach and close to the boardwalk, restaurants, and shops.

Lawrence was a fantastic host with excellent communication and was always quick to respond if we needed anything. The apartment was comfortable for our family, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful extras like the beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, cooler, towels, and well-equipped kitchen. Those little touches made our trip much easier.

Overall, this is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a convenient, well-equipped home base just steps from the beach. Thanks again, Lawrence!"

"Perfectly located. Restaurants, stores, entertainment and the sand are literally only a couple minute walk. Place had everything needed for a beach stay. Also had many extras that were so appreciated: beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and wagon for all your beach gear. The wagon is probably my favorite unexpected surprise. The welcome goodies that Lawrence left for us in the cooler were extra nice too. The balcony has the best view of the fireworks. Easy check-in & check-out & on site parking. Definitely recommend staying here for a stress free getaway."

"The house was beautiful and had all of amenities described. We had a couple of issues with the stove and washer/dryer but it was resolved with resetting the circuit breaker. Communication was overall ok. The hosts called the cops on us because they saw on their blink camera what seemed to them unattended children. They messaged about it late at night and then the following morning, we had the police chief come for a wellness check which did put a damper on our vacation. We had three children ages 1-5 staying with us and 8 adults. So there were many eyes and hands on deck to keep up with the kids. We felt watched there on after but made the most to try and feel comfortable and enjoy the rest of the vacation. Other than that the place and location was enjoyable."

We rented some golf carts and easily parked in front of the house, it was super easy to get to the beaches and the town center while also not having to be in the center of the action. There were a few roosters singing but we honestly all slept pretty well, there were also ear plugs available. Place has really good ventilation and the balcony area was so nice!"
