"A beautiful home in a gorgeous location in the Lakes region. We were there in winter so enjoyed the views and the quiet. It was a perfect gathering space for my family to celebrate my daughter's 40th birthday. Plenty of beds for everyone and large spacious living room for gathering. Lovely dining space with plenty of chairs and a very well stocked kitchen with lots of choices for pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, etc.
The hot tub, of course, is a wonderful option and being indoors was very nice in March!
Lawrence was a very responsive co-host who quickly got back to us with any questions or concerns we had.
Overall, I recommend highly."

"It was the perfect place for our group of 10 for our annual ski trip. Located 30 mins from gunstock, the commute was easy and it was so nice coming back to the indoor hot tub. The view of the frozen lake was quite beautiful, I imagine it’s amazing in the summer time as well. It had more than enough space for everybody to relax and hang out. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely book again."

I was the first to arrive for our trip and the second I walked in, I was extremely impressed. Even for a winter trip, we were well entertained and the upmost satisfied with our stay. I couldn't even imagine how great this place is during the summer months. Lawrence was an outstanding co-host and went above and beyond with keeping us accommodated and well-informed. "My family and I stayed at Rich and Erica’s house over the week of NYE. The house was set up great for the group we had up there. Everyone couple had their own bedroom and multiple bathrooms. We enjoyed walking on frozen Merrymeeting Lake and using the hot tub at night. We stayed in the winter but I’m sure the summer is even nicer. Rich and Erica were very responsive to any messages that were sent to them. I would definitely recommend an would enjoy staying again."
