Tucked away from street in the rear with a quiet seating area outside your door. Lawrence was very responsive. The town unexpected removed one of his two parking spots and he worked with us to figure out an agreeable solution. We will stay again anytime."

It was the perfect location as it was so easy to walk right onto the beach, and Lawrence had a wagon and beach essentials that made the weekend in the sun so comfortable. I also really appreciated Lawrence being proactive and responsive. We didn't have hand soap when we arrived, but he brought it swiftly over. The host went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you!"

Everything about this place was great.
If you've ever been to Hampton before, you know the rental properties aren't that great. So to find this place is a rare find.

Great price and walkable to EVERYTHING Hampton.
Cristy's Pizza is probably 35 steps away, Green room is about 70 steps away and not much further is the infamous Goat and L Street Tavern!

As for Lawrence and his perfectly located Airbnb... He responded within minutes of messaging, very clear instructions on parking and getting inside, he also left us a cooler full of adult beverages, sodas and chips! Another huge help was he let us keep our car there even after we checked out to hit the Green room for breakfast one last time before heading out. All around very accommodating!

We will definitely be back!

We wish we would have researched Hampton Beach more as we weren’t looking for a party scene. Would definitely recommend Lawrence and his place but the location wasn’t for us. If you’re looking to be right in the middle of Hampton Beach, this would be a great option for you!"

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cette maison propre, confortable et joliment décorée, à deux pas de la plage. L’emplacement est idéal pour se reposer, profiter du calme et partager de bons moments en famille ou entre amis.

L’hôte a été très accueillant et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons même eu la chance d’admirer des feux d’artifice pendant notre séjour, un vrai plus inattendu !

Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésiter et espérons y revenir pour profiter encore une fois de ce cadre magnifique.
