Check-in was super easy with the keypad, and we appreciated the clear instructions ahead of time. The location was great too—close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. Lawrence was responsive, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout the stay. Would definitely book again!"

"Host was great. Very responsive to any questions. Could not ask for better communication! House was clean. Actually the rental is cuter in person than the pictures! We stayed a few nights for a girls trip and had so much fun. Easy walk to the ocean, bars, restaurants etc but away enough to feel safe! The only down fall with our particular apartment was the parking was a little tight. I had no trouble getting in or out but it’s right next to another apartments porch and I felt like if you didn’t have respectful ppl in there that could be a potential issue. That’s the only “negative” thing I can say. I would absolutely stay here again and plan to book next summer!!"

Cozy beach cottage perfection. This adorable retreat was the epitome of comfort and cleanliness. Lawrence’s hospitality was top-notch. He was understanding and accommodating which made our stay even more special. This prime location made it easy to explore local attractions & restaurants plus we were throughly able to enjoy the beach. Highly recommend for a true Hampton Beach getaway!"

The location was perfect and right in the middle of everything, making it easy to walk or get anywhere I needed. You can tell Lawrence really cares about his guests having a great stay. Already looking forward to coming back next year!"
