"Lawrence's Beach Apartment was the perfect Sunday one night stay for my senior parents, nephew visiting from Japan, and I. The stairs were manageable for everyone. My parents appreciated being upstairs above street level made the stay quieter then street level accomodations. All the bedrooms were nice, the sofa couch was fine to sleep on. Extra blankets, beach chairs, towels, and nice welcome basket. Quick 5 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, bars, and food. Sea Ketch on the boardwalk had views and great seafood. Free Parking with the AirBnb was a great bonus to the stay. Lawrence went out of his way to answer all of my questions before the stay. We will definetly be back for another ocean getaway!!"

"Lawrence was a great host. He sent check in information in a timely manner so we were ready with all the information ahead of time which made check in super easy. He even offered extension (for a fee) for early check in or late check out, or extra time to park during the day. We did not use this but I can imagine it could be super convenient for others.
The home is super close to the beach (a short walk) and has everything you need - beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler (already filled with snacks and drinks), Brita for filtered water, plus a cart to put it all in.
Enough space for 4 adults, including full kitchen. We would definitely stay again!

"We had a great stay at Lawrence’s place! The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk to Hampton Beach and close to the boardwalk, restaurants, and shops.

Lawrence was a fantastic host with excellent communication and was always quick to respond if we needed anything. The apartment was comfortable for our family, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful extras like the beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, cooler, towels, and well-equipped kitchen. Those little touches made our trip much easier.

Overall, this is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a convenient, well-equipped home base just steps from the beach. Thanks again, Lawrence!"

"Perfectly located. Restaurants, stores, entertainment and the sand are literally only a couple minute walk. Place had everything needed for a beach stay. Also had many extras that were so appreciated: beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and wagon for all your beach gear. The wagon is probably my favorite unexpected surprise. The welcome goodies that Lawrence left for us in the cooler were extra nice too. The balcony has the best view of the fireworks. Easy check-in & check-out & on site parking. Definitely recommend staying here for a stress free getaway."
