"Lawrence is an outstanding host! It was like he was actually there. Every detail was addressed immediately. His place was a perfect little beach getaway. The amenities were more than generous! Day at Beach supplies provided. A wagon, umbrella, chairs, goggles, etc. Nice beach towels as well. We didn’t lack at all. Upon arrival we found a welcome cooler waiting that was full of goodies. The place was just perfect & fit the beachfront vibe in this vacation Mecca. He answered any questions right away. When we found our umbrella broken , he replaced immediately. The departure instructions were minimal. Best location in Hampton Beach. We hope to visit again next year. Highly recommend Lawrence’s super cute cozy apartment at the shore."

Quick five minute walk to the Casino Ballroom, The Goat, Wally’s and the beach! The beds were very comfortable as well. Parking was easy and so was the check-in/check-out process.
