Lawrence was very responsive throughout the process, and I especially appreciated the quick turnaround in getting me into the property. "Highly recommend. Very responsive host. House has a great location and is the next best thing to beachfront. Beach is 1 min walk and we felt comfortable leaving our ez up and belongings at beach when we went back to the house for the restroom, lunch, etc. And coming back to the outdoor shower was a nice. “Downtown” to go and sit down restaurants, arcades, ice cream, carousel, boardwalk, etc were only a 3 min walk. The numerous bedrooms and beds were perfect and difficult to find in other rentals. The bed, bath, and common areas were clean and spacious for a group. We loved playing games and eating around the large dining table. Was surprised by the large outdoor space that goes beyond the deck. Our 8 year old determined early on that we must go back to this house and everyone in our party agreed! Thanks Lawrence!"
