We had a mix up with our reservation but he gave us a free night. The locations was good for walking to
restaurants and the beach but a bit loud with traffic on occasion. Overall I would rent from Lawrence again
as he does he very best to make you comfortable."

"Nous avons été totalement charmé par la petite glacière bien remplie laissée par Lawrence dans le frigo, une belle attention, et une première pour nous dans un Airbnb! Nous avons bien apprécié le petit appartement, il est extrêmement bien situé, tout se fait à pieds et la plage est à un coin de rue directement. Il s’agit de logement typique de ce type de région de bord de mer, mais sans être luxueux, il était tout de même confortable. Les matelas sont très bien, nous avons très bien dormi. Nous avons même pu admirer les feux d’artifices directement à partir du balcon, où nous avons également apprécié prendre nos petits déjeuners et nos café, où il y a tabourets et comptoir. Les items de plage mis à disposition dans le logement, sont vraiment pratique également. Un beau séjour, nous serions heureux d’y séjourner à nouveau!"

"Lawrence was great and fast at communicating which is much appreciated. The place is exactly as described and fit our needs as a family of 4 for the two nights we stayed. It is a comfortable walking distance to all the activities, even with two young children, yet far enough away that it wasn't too loud. We would consider staying here again in the future. The welcome gift in the fridge was a nice touch. It was clean and the mattresses were very comfortable! Excellent water pressure and temperature (very important after going to the beach!) Thanx Lawrence, we had a great time."

"Was just there, just me and my dog for a couple of days fishing. Overall it was fine and the proximity to be able to walk to bars/restaurants was very convenient. Price was good for this time of year and parking may be a little tight for two vehicles but was very good for one vehicle. The deck on the front is a nice feature as it is a busy street for vehicles and more importantly pedestrians. It could use some more attention to cookware and at least something inside for some high top seating for a chair or two to eat inside but also some more usable space for a laptop."
