Walking distance! Open year-round and my 2nd favorite spot. Features a concert stage with live bands like Afroman and Reverend Horton Heat.

Hi! I'm Lawrence Shea, the owner and/or operator of these Hampton Beach properties. During the day i'm a software engineer, and I manage these rentals as a side passion. I'm a nerd, a dedicated Catholic, an avid runner, and a proud owner of a basset hound named Harvey. My goal is to provide families with the perfect home base to experience all the magic that Hampton Beach has to offer.
